Using Open Deploy

The Platform: Open Deploy (opendeploy.app) provides cloud infrastructure to easily host and manage autonomous AI agents.

The Software: OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You can use, modify, and distribute it according to that license. Our platform assists in deploying it effectively.

Your Responsibilities

When using Open Deploy, you agree to:

• Use it in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not use it to spam, harass, or harm others.
• Keep your API keys, account credentials, and environment secure.
• Take full responsibility for actions your AI assistant takes on your behalf.

API Costs

Deployed agents use AI providers like Anthropic and OpenAI. You are responsible for any costs incurred from these third-party services. We strongly recommend setting up usage limits on your provider accounts to avoid unexpected charges.

No Warranty

Open Deploy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will work perfectly, be error-free, or meet your specific needs at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Open Deploy or this website. This includes but is not limited to:

• API costs from AI providers.
• Actions taken by your AI assistant.
• Data loss or security issues.
• Downtime or service interruptions.

If you purchase any paid plans or products on Open Deploy:
